time,
its fleeting way bewilders.
a day will come when

last night we danced on ice.
wore our hipster hats.
affirmed we love crows and chocolate.
we're pinned together,
affixed like wind and water.

they know more than we do.

fill us with kisses.
some nights I talk to them.
